Structured cabling parts: Ethernet patch leads in Cat6 and Cat6A, fibre patch leads in single-mode and multi-mode, bulk installation cable by the box, and patch panels, keystones and faceplates.
Two things save the most grief here. Match the lead to the switch, not to the future: Cat6A only earns its price where you are running 10 GbE over distance. And buy fibre leads in matched pairs of connector type and mode — an OS2 lead in an OM3 transceiver will either not link or link badly, and it is the most common cause of a port that looks dead.
