Last updated 20 September 2026. These terms apply to every purchase from shop.atomicnetworks.com.au, operated by Atomic Networks (ABN 28 828 751 192), Melbourne, Victoria. Placing an order means you accept them.
Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars. Atomic Networks is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and prices carry no GST component. Prices are reviewed twice a day against our Australian distributor costs and can change without notice; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place the order. Where a price is struck out, it is the manufacturer’s recommended retail price or our usual price, as labelled. If a product has been listed at a clearly incorrect price because of a typing or feed error, we will tell you before we ship and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
Stock, orders and quotes
Stock levels shown are live from our Australian distributors and are updated several times a day. In the rare case an item sells out between your order and our dispatch, we will tell you the same business day and offer an ETA, an alternative or a full refund. Orders over our quote threshold, very heavy or bulky items, and out-of-stock items are handled as quotes: you submit a request from your account, we reply with a price and delivery time, and nothing is charged until you accept. A quote is valid until the date shown on it.
Payment
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure form and are never stored by us. An order is confirmed when payment has cleared. We may cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver within Australia only. Delivery is a flat $20 per order to metro areas (capital-city metro postcodes in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia), and free on metro orders of $1,000 or more except where the order includes UPS and power protection, racks and cabinets, printers or bulky items. Delivery to regional and remote addresses, and of items over 20 kg or bulky items, is quoted before the order is processed; see Delivery & shipping. Orders ship in 2 to 6 working days, and a larger order may arrive in more than one parcel. A tracking link is emailed and shown on your order once the parcel is booked. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
Returns, DOA and warranty
Dead-on-arrival products are replaced or refunded; change-of-mind returns are not accepted; manufacturer warranties and the Australian Consumer Law apply. The full policy is at Returns & DOA Policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for anything not covered by those guarantees is limited to the price you paid for the product.
Business customers
Where you buy for a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so. An invoice is emailed with every order. Trade, project and volume pricing is available through the quote system.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for orders and quotes placed under your account. Tell us straight away if you believe it has been used without your permission.
